Geek girliness reaches an all-time high.

I am taking longer than usual to write this entry
because I’m having way too much fun with Inkwell, the handwriting recognition
utility built into Mac OS X.

Inkpad lets
me doodle in a floating window and send the result to the active program with
just one click. I can already see how useful this will be for capturing the way
I think which feels like both pictures and words coming in at the same time. My
art directors are probably going to be jumpy now. “Oh no, Leigh’s doodling
layouts! Let’s go have lunch.
Outside.”

Technical nonsupport
notwithstanding, a gal can certainly get used to these things of digital
beauty.
