I dug up an old bottle of Rotring drawing ink, only to find out the pigment particles had already separated from the liquid. No such thing as suspended animation for this guy.
I drew this with the nozzle. I used a Speedball dip pen to mop up excess non-ink and direct it into lines. The paper didn’t like expired ink at all. It’s already disintegrated in places.
I used my Waterman 12 with the artist nib, for all the lines, then went over them with watercolor.
This one is incomplete, I have just decided. So you’ll see it again soon.
