As someone who is used to carrying bags which have entire universes inside, I am grateful to have assembled a pocket kit for my attempts at watercolor. The pencil (which changes) is a Rotring, the paintbrush came from another watercolor box, and the Moleskine watercolor notebook is just the right size.
The watercolor box from Winsor & Newton comes with its own water storage, a pan that hooks onto the side, and a ring underneath for a more secure hold.
I am looking for a tiny zippered case for all of these. I’m sure there’s one in the office, buried beneath an alien civilization.
